This is a Universal Consciousness, Healing, Earthen and Cosmic, Ancestral, Energetic System Upgrade and Vocal Activation trip. The week will be one of Soul Unification, psychic activation, ancestral healing, land communion, heart song, and joyous remembering.

Your Guide Nicholas grew up with a knowing that there was much more to this reality than met the eye. While he was raised Catholic, he was also raised with an awareness of the sacred nature of the Earth and the wheel of the year. His family honored the Devic Realms of Faeries, Elves, The Animals, Rivers, Streams, Lakes, and Mountains. In 2007 Spirit began speaking to Nicholas through dreams, synchronicity, and his first spiritual teachers who began to appear with big medicine. He embraced his path and told The Divine Presence that if it would make itself known to him in a way he could not ignore, Nicholas would work for the Divine as best as he could. 

Almost 20 years later, and over a decade of consistent high syncretic South American ceremony, Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine School, Shamanic and Reiki Training, 2 Trips to the Amazon, 5 trips to Ireland, 6 months in England, a sacred self guided journeys to megalithic and medieval Brittany France, he calls upon his closest medicine ally, Sophia Wise One, Master Medicine Caller, Healer and Teacher, and Indigenous Irish Priestess Sionnan Michelle Shannon to hold space for a group of 5-7 people wishing to expand their consciousness in Sacred Ireland.

The Heart Song

The Spring of 2022 Nicholas began a non-profit specializing in the confluence of Vibrational Medicine, combining Sound Medicine, Acupuncture, Reiki, and Vocal Activations and Transmissions. While running Hundreds of these Medicine Journeys and providing thousands of Acupuncture treatments, he began leading weekly “Heart Song Initiatives,” or “Open Vocalization Circles,” or “Light Language and Song Circles.”

This methodology was given to him by spirit as a way to unlock that which is stuck inside a person and free our collective voices, and the key codes, or Heart Songs that we all carry. 

In Practice, this often brings healing, visionary experiences, states of pure consciousness, remembering, gnosis, tears, wails, prayers and gorgeous melodies.

The Methodology is simple and profound. 

This is the main practice we will enact at these sacred sites. 


We will join in a Circle. 


We will connect to our bodies, our hearts, and our intentions. 


We will connect to the Divine Force of Goodness, Harmony, the Mystery of our Hearts Songs, our Higher Powers, and call them to us. 


We will invoke the Source of Healing and illumination again and again. 


We will Listen. 


Then we will allow the energy that arrives to move through our bodies and voices in a safe and powerful container.

Sophia Wise One who will be co-leading this trip, has named this methodology, “Medicine Calling.” Meaning, how we call our medicine to us. How we allow the force of healing to come through our beings and express, clear, teach, and empower.

Her signature healing offering for 20 years is Soul Unification, the process of uniting yourself with your Self. A song catcher, carrier, musician and qualified quantum coherence therapist & yoga nidra facilitator who in recent years has been guided into the ancient tradition of the caoineadh (keening) tradition of Ireland. 

She walks with her last name, Sionnáin - Shannon which has been a catalyst for a deep journey with the River Shannon & with her matriarchal line.

Since walking upon the hill of Uisneach on Summer Solstice in 2014, her path has been guided into a journey of remembering the ancient ways of the land, honouring, celebrating, being in ceremony & singing the songs of the land woven with the wisdom of the ever-living ones, the Tuatha Dé Danann.

Through her deepening relationship, communing with the land, waters and language of Gaeilge, she has found her path woven with the awakening of the songlines through invoking the ancient Irish practice of Imbas forosnai which land in the form of songs from rivers, hills and wild edges of which she has cultivated a deep connection.

In 2023 she rekindled her ancient connection to the beauty of Grief through the Maidens Keen in the Kingdom of Kerry. In October she continued to deepen this journey of honouring our grief with her guide, teacher and friend Gearldine Ahern and many other women at the Cailleach's / Grandmothers Keen.

Leaning even deeper into the beauty of Grief and the power of sound and song to bring about alchemy has become a central presence in Sionnáins journey.

Weaving threads of this ancient tradition for these times together with the restorative practice of yoga nidra another very powerful resource she draws from which is a strong foundation of her own path. 

Sionnáin guides others along this journey of remembrance in presencing their gifts and sharing and welcoming the songs that they too carry, encouraging an embodied connection to sound and expression through the resonance of sound and expression of song and poetry in its most natural essence.

The Retreat Details

We will be staying in a gorgeous large home with a river and old trees on the sheepshead peninsula in the tiny town of Ahakista.

We will be minutes from a lost and then found ancient and complete stone circle which we will frequent.

We will spend our days doing journey work locally, and driving through Cork and Kerry in a big van to Holy Spaces to commune with and receive their magic.

Spiritual Support and Integration

To enhance your journey, we provide a supportive spiritual container that nurtures your growth before, during, and after the trip. Our program includes:

1 Pre-Trip Group Virtual Call: Connect with fellow travelers and set your intentions for the journey. This call is designed to prepare you spiritually and mentally, ensuring you’re ready to fully embrace the experience.
