Reggie Hubbard of Gong Hits For Peace, highlighted in Meditation Magazine, Yoga Journal, Essence, and Yoga Magazine, for his deep heart offerings around activism, yoga, sound, and meditation, will be providing the sunset Gong Bath and Sound Meditation deep dive with his epic set up. Reggie is an inspiration regarding Freedom, Liberation, Peace, Joy and Justice.

2-3:30 Heart Song Labyrinth Walk

We will also be bringing out our 20’x20’ Chartre Labyrinth.
We use this ancient portal for walking meditation sound baths and heart songs.
People come to walk the Labyrinth so they can journey to their center and receive messages from their souls knowing in the circle of community.
We like to open this jounrey to the Center of the Center and back again to vocalizations and heart songs while we play our world class set up, and you travel to find answers, guidance, direction, and meaning.
6-8 Restorative Yoga with Thai Yoga Massage Sound Bath

Our beloved Yoga Christy will be joining us for our second Thai Yoga Massage Restorative Sound Bath. The first was such a wonderful success, we had to find a time to do it again, and what better time then when the worlds potency is at its depth and fullest.

Community Reiki, Community Acupuncture & Live Sound Bath
Enter into communion with the primordial healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, flute, voice, and more, while our Reiki Practitioners offer light touch that soothes the being and increases the body’s ability to heal, and the acupuncturists offer either a simple 5 needle ear acupuncture protocol for deep relaxation, healing, restoration, and insight, or, a personalized treatment depending on the time and the space and the individual’s needs. The results we have with this methodology so far are extremely promising, and both a delight to offer and partake in.
For each session, we open with a unique guided meditation, often highlighting our somatic experience, the harnessing of individual will, and the connection with our heart and Higher Power. After that, participants are invited to relax while our team intuitively creates a gentle, healing soundscape for your deepest restoration, transformation, and healing.

With many working titles, this offering is a jewel of Harmony Works and is a practice that is continually transforming.
We invite participants to freely intone the authentic expression of their being and their intentions and prayers, making an improvisational chorus that ebbs and flows.
